All our deployments come standard with a wide array of software features, at one simple price. Services which require additional hardware such as demand monitoring, weather stations, or kiosks are an additional cost to the base price of the system.

Revenue Grade System Monitoring – Utility grade, verifiable data for analytics.

Web, Kiosk, and Plasma display integration – Highly customizable and visually interactive web view and optional Kiosk integration. Perfect for integration into websites, store lobbies, and large screen displays. Our Kiosks ship pre-configured and ready to plug-in on site.

Advanced Performance Monitoring – Our powerful data center allows users to view detailed analysis of system performance. Interactive graphs bring the power to troubleshoot and benchmark systems to the users fingertips. Data is recorded live in fifteen minute increments, and our high end data gateway is prepared to record a multitude of information including; generation, load, irradiance, volts, amps, cell temperature, weather data, and wind direction / speed.

Optional Demand Monitoring – Our demand monitoring package allows you to accurately monitor your facility’s energy usage in fifteen minute intervals. The package is fully integrated with the standard flash view including detailed graphing capabilities. This information facilitates energy conservation by identifying high energy use periods.

System administration – Our powerful administration panel allows contractors to quickly get an overview of the performance of all their systems at once (and system owners of their individual systems). Advanced notification options allow you to be notified instantly of errors, alerts and track system performance remotely.

State of the art Flash view - Detailed visualization of energy generation, environmental equivalencies, historical data, and weather conditions in an appealing interface. Packaged in a flash based player accessible anywhere, anytime from any internet enabled device with flash support.

Data analysis center - Detailed analysis and comparison of generation, load, temp, net generation, irradiance, volts, amps, and more.

Administration center – Every system comes standard with our administration panel, which allows contractors to get a quick look at all installed systems and check for potential errors (minimizing downtime). The administration panel can also be accessed by system owners on individual systems. From the administration center, the user can export data for reporting purposes, examine detailed error logs, and set preferences for alerts and notifications.

Educational Display – The standard flash view includes an interactive educational component explaining the basic process of a solar electric installation. Perfect for public kiosks, web pages, and in-facility displays.

Your Company information, Project detail, and Custom pages – Custom pages display information, photos, and links of your choosing. A system detail page includes detailed information on system components.

Hosting services, and secure data backup for your system for 5, 10, 15 or 20 years - The standard DECK monitoring package includes 5 years and is extendable up to 20 years.  Your data is hosted on a server, backed up at regular intervals to a remote server, and backed up a third time at the offices of DECK monitoring. DECK’s office is powered entirely by solar energy.

Security options – Every deck system comes with optional secure login options. If desired, your monitoring information can be limited to those who have permission to view the site.

Customization – Color scheme customization, choice of equivalencies, and layouts are all standard with every deployment. No monitoring system offers as much flexibility right out of the box.

Each deployment has a public dashboard view, and an administration view. Users with multiple systems (such as an integrator or financeer), have access to an administration view with all of their systems in one place.
