Will DECK Monitoring work for our solar installation?

Our software and hardware is designed to work with all types of standard PV equipment and can accommodate the needs of almost any size solar installation (including string monitoring). Our solution is easy to install, although it will require a licensed electrician to connect the electrical meters.

DECK works hard to configure all of your hardware making the installation process a breeze. This process along with everything else gives us a standard lead time of 4 weeks.

Are you compatible with xxxxxxx inverters?

DECK is compatible with all modbus devices as well as analog and pulse equipment. Although we boast a high compatibility, call one of our reps to be sure that your equipment is compatible.

What are the costs of monitoring a system?

Costs vary depending on the details of a project, how many points are being monitored and what hardware is needed. DECK never charges based on size of the system. Call us to speak with one of our trained sales reps who can build you a quote right away!

How quick is your turnaround?

Your order will ship within 4-6 weeks from the submittal of site survey or upfront payment, whichever is later. If the project is deemed complex or custom it will be from the time of approval of diagrams by both parties. As soon as we receive your purchase order and/or payment we will begin configuring your system. Your hardware components will be drop shipped from the manufacturing plant within 4-6 weeks. When the meters and gateway are installed, your system will start working automatically.
